All due and thanks to the Australian Government (Tax deductible facilities), The Australian Lebanese Christian Federation through its Aid for Lebanon Appeal Constitution, has provided a platform to our charitable associations members to relief hardship and suffering of the Lebanese people in our motherland through substantial aid to their home villages.

The objects for which the Federation is established are:

• To strengthen the ties between Christian Lebanese in Australia, Lebanon and elsewhere.
• To raise funds and make donations for charitable purposes, in particular Lebanese Christians, in Australia, or overseas subject to the approval of the NSW Minister for Finance.
• To establish offices and welfare services for the aged, youth, families in need, the handicapped, the unemployed, and to assist generally in the relief of poverty among Australian Lebanese persons seeking help.
• To act as a vehicle for communication between Christian people in Australia and elsewhere in the world.
• To promote and encourage the spirit of Christian values between all people of Lebanese ancestry in Australia and between such people and their host countries and active participation in their progress and the furthering of the spirit of friendship and understanding on the national and international levels.
• To provide information services and other services relating especially to health, education, legal aid, immigration, cultural activities, sport and leisure, and problems affecting the aged.
• To engage in research projects aimed at identifying needs and actively participate in implementing improvements sought.
• To obtain from Federal, State and local governments in Australia any rights, privileges and concessions, which are desirable to further the Federation’s objectives.
• To construct, improve, maintain, develop and alter any buildings or land which will advance the Federation’s objectives, including nursing homes or social and recreational facilities.
• To publish any newspapers, periodicals, books or leaflets that the Federation may deem desirable in furthering its objectives.
• To support and uphold the Constitution and Laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, and each State thereof.
