Organisation Profile
The Australian Lebanese Christian Federation is a secular, non-profit, independent community organization, incorporated under the Associations Incorporation Act of 1984 since August 20, 1986, and the Charitable Collections Act of 1934.
We are dedicated to promoting social justice and enhancing the lives of the most vulnerable individuals in our community. Our focus is on identifying and addressing a wide range of needs, with particular attention to those who are socially, economically, and linguistically disadvantaged.
We maintain a non-affiliation policy with political parties and religious organizations, ensuring that our services are provided in an inclusive and non-discriminatory manner.
The Australian Lebanese Christian Federation Inc. receives funding from the Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ).
Our membership is composed of two categories: individual members and association members, which include village associations of Lebanon and other non-profit organizations.

About Us
The Australian Lebanese Christian Federation is a secular non-profit independent community organisation incorporated under the Associations Incorporation Act, 1984 since the 20th of August 1986 and the Charitable Collections Act, 1934.
We working to bring about social justice and improve the lives of the most vulnerable people in the community.
We also provide services to alleviate hardship or need through direct benevolent programs for those in need within our community & the disadvantage people enhancing their accessibility to mainstream support services e.g. health, local government, education, housing and Centrelink.
We assist our clients to develop self-esteem, independence, self-reliance, confidence and skills and relieve poverty, distress, suffering, destitution, misfortune, loneliness, helplessness and personal need to enable our target group to participate more fully within the wider Australian community. Clients are also linked to government and non-government service providers where appropriate to enhance access and service provision for our community.

Our mission is to build a strong community that has the means to protect disadvantaged Arabic speaking people from destitution by assisting with the means to be functional members of society.
